Thirty years ago, the United States carried out Operation: “Just Cause,” invading the Central American nation of Panama. The goal of the invasion was to depose the dictator general, Manuel Noriega, a corrupt and ruthless strongman who had originally been put in power by the United States in the first place. This is a surprisingly little known US intervention despite its recentness. Jackie (formally known on DA as Aphrodite-NS), a noted contributor to my group Midriff-Amazons, has just recently suffered a stroke. She is currently in recovery but unfortunately being an American with American health insurance means she'll need all the help she can get with medical bills.
