Description

Disclaimer: The History Of Carl Is Fictional. And Doesn't Correlate With Real Life History. But Some Real Life Places Are In/Or Mentioned.

After The He Returned To The Transcontinental Railroad In 1918, His Friends And His Family Gave Him A Big Welcome. And He Soon Met Some New Friends Such As Golden Spike, Oaken Steak & Black Eagle. Together, The 4 Friends Formed A Rail Coalition Called The Transcontinental 4 In 1920. The Roaring 20s Was Great For The Transcontinental 4. Well... When It Started. Before The Mid-20s The Transcontinental 4 Suffered A Major Defeat. In 1923, Golden Spike Died On Impact Because Of An Explosion From The Boxcars Full Of Dynamite During A Brutal Heat Wave. After His Death, The Transcontinental Railroad Built Another Locomotive To Fill In For Him After His Untimely Demise. And His Name Was Cold Wave AKA Francis. And He Doesn't Get Along With The Others And Proved Trouble In The Future. But In 1925, A Visitor Arrived Who Would Later On Be Part Of The Transcontinental 4 And Was Now 5. His Name Is Baltimore. And Was Owned By The B&O Railroad And Soon Became Friends With Carl And Them. By The 1930s, During The Great Depression, Diesel Engines Began To Rise And The Transcontinental Railroad Had To Deal With Hobos Who Often Travel On Trains During This Decade. In 1935, Baltimore Left The Transcontinental To Return To Baltimore City, MD. By The Time The 40s Rolled Around, WW2 Happened! Just Like WW1, Carl Was Commissioned To Help The US During The War Efforts. He Went All Over The Country, But The Rest Of His Friends Helped Too, But Stayed In The Transcontinental. When The War Ended. He Returned After The War In 1945. 2 Diesels We're Also Built; 1 By Each Company 1 In The Union Pacific And Southern Pacific. But Often Broke Down After The War And We're Both Scraped In 1947. By The Time The 50s Rolled In, The Transcontinental Railroad Was Seeking Closure. By 1951 The Transcontinental Railroad And The Other Engines Postponed Cold Wave (Francis), As A Bad Omen. And Was Soon Just Called "Bad Omen" By The Others. Before 1955, Most Of The Steam Locomotives Left The Railroad For New Train Businesses. Then In 1955, The Transcontinental Railroad Closed And The Transcontinental 5 Or 4 Also Collapsed As All Old Friends Of Carl Left To Find Work. But Some Got The Short End Of The Stick. In 1957 The First Transcontinental 5 Engine Francis Was Scraped For Scrap Metal. In 1963, Black Eagle Was Sold Off For New York Central Which Eventually Fell In 1968. Black Eagle Was Soon Preserved In The New York Central Railroad Museum. But Black Eagle Ceased Living After 5 Days In Preservation In Encapsulated Rails. Oaken Steak Found Work In Seattle, Washington State In 1957. But New Diesels Took Over Most Of The Work At This Point In Time. And Oaken Steak Was Soon Scraped Because He Broke Down When Hauling A Long Train. As For Carl, Well He Was More Smart Than The Others Ideologies. Because Instead Of Just Waiting Or Struggling To Find Work, He Went All Over The Country To Find Work Or Found Some True Love By Other Railroads. However In 1959, The Vietnam War Was Brewing In Asia, And The US Commissioned Him To Help Them With The War Efforts Once Again. So He Once Again Helped The US During The War Efforts. One Day In 1968, He Was On His Way To Baltimore City, MD To See Baltimore Who Was Now Preserved In The B&O Railroad Museum. But Along The Way He Broke Down Near Richmond, VA. His Driver And Fireman Pushed Him In An Abandoned Siding And Went Away To Find A Place To Stay. For Many Years, Carl Was Sitting Their Waiting For A Miracle To Happen, But For A Long, Long Time, It Didn't Happen. Until One Day In 2005, A Young Timmy Was Helping His Parents Haul A Mixed Freight To Unitus City, SC. When Little Timmy, Spotted An Old Dilapidated Engine Resting In The Woods. These Diesels We're Friendly Ones And Put Him On A Flatcar And Took Him To The A&G Green Ash Subdivision Once They Got Home!
