And Who Ever In Timmy The Red Diesel (TTRD) That Don't Know If It Is 8278 Or A Different Locomotive. And Not Just The Way He Looks, He Is Known For Causing A Lot Of Crashes And Blames It On The Last Locomotive That Passed Before The Crash. He Is Also Known As A "Manipulative Liability" To Some. He Truly Is A Liability And Agent Of Chaos To Timmy The Red Diesel.
