Sooo.... It's 2026... And I haven't done much of anything with this page in a LOOOONG time!! I haven't doen much drawing lately either. 2024, my birthday... In the morning, I had to take my cat Joris, about 17.5 years old, to the vet. I wanted to go the day before, but there was nobody present at the clinic that day, that could put him to sleep 'if needed' (I KNEW already that something was terribly wrong and there was probably nothing we could do, but of course, they want to inspect him first), so that was the 'best'birthday EVER... Joris had cancer, that was pushing on his stomach and intestines, which was the reason why he didn't want to eat, or if he did, he'd throw it up again and he seemed to be in pain and all that, so... I just knew, even without them checking. I mean, I know my cat!! Anyway... That was terrible and even now still makes me sad again... Had he not gotten that cancer, he probably would have been glag to be with me for several years more, because he kept himself

Hello. It's been a while, so... Hi, I'm Michiel Veldhuis, I am currently 38, about to turn 39 next month. Yes, it's been THAT long, that I may need to reintroduce myself. Sorry. The biggest reason for coming back here, is because I am about to delete my Facebook. As there are still people interested in what I do (and have done in the past) in terms of creative works, I decided to come back here and breathe some life back into this page. As usual, it takes some getting used to, the new look, the new ways of uploading stuff, all of it. So please forgive the mistakes I have made and that are yet to come... =/ Ehm.... Any questions? No? In a hurry to finish up a cake for my sister's birthday "tomorrow" (technically it is Tuesday 15th already here) I wanted to whisk the cream into whipped cream to mix it with the white cholate and use it to make the layers in between, but... Somehow, in stead of stiffening up, a whole lot of nothing happened, until suddenly, it started 'decomposing'!! What the?! Why am I making butter now?!?! How can it turn to butter when I haven't even seen the stage where it firms up?! Stupid cream from the Lidl...So, seems I need to go out shopping very early in the morning to be on time. >___<
