Hey, so, I'm still here. I've been quite occupied this semester at university and so I've had fairly little time to work on art and such. Though I am currently working on a piece so I can hopefully I'll have that ready for you guys in not too long.
Now, on to a few other important notes:
First topic: streams. I want to get into streams more, I even made myself a little Twitch overlay. But with university as previously mentioned I've yet to find the time to be able to dedicate to streaming. I would like to do so soon, but in all honesty I don't know when I can.
Second, I'm thinking about setting up a document that tells all the pieces of art that directly pertain to the narrative of Clockwork Gate. If this is something you'd like to see from me, please do let me know.
Third, and this is the most important, I want to talk about Ryuluce for a moment. I created Ryuluce about five years ago, and my relationship with him as a character of mine has sort of shifted. In old references I would refer to Ryuluce as my "persona". I actually do not feel that way anymore, and haven't for a while. Ryuluce as a character has become detached from my person. I do not really view "myself" as Ryuluce. I think of it now as me borrowing his name for my account names, but I am not him. "Ryuluce" the character and "Mike C. Ryuluce" the artist are two separate entities. I know this probably isn't that big of a deal, but I wanted to just talk about that and lay the details of how it is in the open.
Thanks for being patient with me those of you who still check in with whenever I do put anything out,
