(M.W): I know who you are, Spider-Man

{This story would act as a continuation of the MayDay story I’ve made: https://www.deviantart.com/mikaela2025/art/How-did-MayDay-Whisper-first-met-1307957582but from Whisper’s side of things as she seeks for an ally while Owl-Man and his team of heroes are preoccupied elsewhere, but who exactly? Well…}

Central-City West-Downtown, 5pm

Not long after MayDay was attacked by Mimic, Whisper seeks for an ally in West-Downtown, MayDay is currently being watched over by Whisper’s commander of G.U.N so Whisper is able to look for an ally until he calls her back. In the meantime, Whisper arrives at an apartment building, and then knocks on the door to one of the apartments.

(??????): “Just a minute!”-(Whisper waits until the person living there answers, revealing to be a human version of Jewely the Wolf from the Mike & Izzy game idea)-“Oh, hello. What brings you-?😯😅👋🏻”

(Whisper): Whispers: “I came on behalf of G.U.N and your sister, her daughter is in danger.😮‍💨”-(Jewely gasp is shock upon hearing that)

(Jewely): “Oh my.🫢 Why? What’s going on?😰”-(Before Whisper could fully explain, they hear something dropped in one of the bedrooms, almost like something just enter from one of the windows of one of the bedrooms, Jewely could tell that it’s not her room, but someone else’s.😏)-“Oh? Mike? You home dear-?😯”

(Mike): “OH! Y-Yeah, I-I’m here!😱 Don’t come in, I’m trying to get change right now!😅”-(Whisper looks contemplative, but not wanting to get Jewely involved for some reason, Whisper stops Jewely partway to Mike’s room)

(Whisper): Whispers: “I’m sure he’s alright.🙂‍↕️ You should at least go and see your sister right away to check on them.😮‍💨”-(Jewely seems confused, until she receives a message from Jesse who ask if she’s free and could come over right now)

(Jewely): “Oh.😮 Mike, I have to go, your mother needs me right now, I’ll be back soon.🙂‍↕️😅”-(She heads out right away…but Whisper calmly closes the door behind her as she leaves, Whisper then heads to Mike’s bedroom door)

(Whisper): Whispers: “You don’t need to hide your identity, I know who you are…Spider-Man.😮‍💨”-(…The room goes silent, but the door to Mike’s room does open as Whisper comes in, she’s soon greeted by Mike who has brown hair, green eyes, and small cut/scar on his right eyebrow, and seems to be wearing…a Spider Costume?🤔😱)

(Mike): “How did you know?😯 Who are-?😮‍💨”

(Whisper): Whispers: “Whisper, of G.U.N.🙂‍↕️ I’ve learned about you and your secret since the robbery at the wrestling stadium, you know what I mean, do you?😮‍💨”-(Mike seems surprised, though does recall the very night he deeply regrets)-{This leads into a flashback}

(Police-Officer): In Mike’s Head: “H-Hey kid! Stop that guy!😖”-(From Mike’s POV, the thief runs pass him and into an elevator)

BANG!💥

(Past-Mike/Spidey): In Mike’s head: “What about my uncle?! Did you have him a chance?! DID YOU?!😡👊🏻😖”-(Punches the thief, his uncle’s killer, until he realises that it’s the man he let get away…during the flashback, it’s revealed that the moment Mike ran off to chase after his uncle’s killer, Past-Whisper saw him ran into a alley and changed into his suit and witness his powers for the first time)

“Back in present-day, Mike has his head lowered, Whisper feels very sorry for him.😔”

(Whisper): Whispers: “I’m sorry about what happened…I know the feeling of losing those close to you. But my was different…😮‍💨😠 I was hoping to find someone like you to help me, someone from my past has came back to haunt me and is currently after MayDay.😮‍💨”-(Mike seems concerned upon hearing that)

(Mike): “Huh? Who?😨”-(…Whisper takes a moment, but then explains)

(Whisper): Whispers: “His name is Mimic, a former member of G.U.N and now hired mercenary, he betrayed me and my old friends on a mission, helped his boss wipe them and almost me out.😮‍💨”-(She then pulls out some photos of Mimic, but also what seems to be a used smoke-grenade, broken security-cameras, Amy’s office closed at Vanilla’s company and a shadowy figure speaking to Mimic)

(Mike): “What’s all that about-?🤔”

(Whisper): “Few days ago, there was an attack at Vanilla’s company, a group of villains stroked while a group of heroes lend by Owl-Man fought back, Amy got fired as the company believed she did it, but I don’t believe it upon investigating the site and that grenade.😮‍💨”-(Mike seems surprised upon hearing that)

(Mike): “Wait, you mean she might be framed?😲 Guessing this where you do the big reveal and say this Mimic guy is hired by holy cow, The enforcers? The Kingpin? Or Jonah-Jamison? Come on, please be Jamison.🙂‍↕️😁”-(Seems like Spidey had fought some well know Spider-Man villains since Mike became Spider-Man, but Whisper then shakes her head at Mike’s answers)

(Whisper): Whispers: “Neither of them…It’s the man who hired Mimic and potentially framed Amy…the man who was the reason why Mimic betrayed me…😮‍💨”-(Mike seem curious on what or who she meant…)
