“Samantha?” He knocked gently on her door, before entering anyway.
They generally weren't fussed about formalities or things like that with each other, but it was polite. Inside, Samantha's room looked, if anything, tidier than normal, if only because his sister was currently limited to her bed. Buried under a mountain of bedsheets, blankets, cushions and pillows. The room was permeated with the smell of hot, lemony tea and cough syrup.
