*LOL* i did 25 laps today... the last 5 were pushing it... i thought i was going to die.... you got to push it some time... see you got to find something you can o on the weekends... like the chopping of trees is actually good... but you got to stick with it

You're fine! Trainers have told me to give muscle groups an off day. I have been told to take a complete off day. Weekend is a good time for that.
That’s what I intend to do take the weekend off, just gotta watch diet then though, that’s when we tend to eat out most. 👍
