I’ve been walking a lot, Fitbit type tracking steps. Equivalent to Five miles, trying to get back in shape, have lost some weight.

Yes I have to push myself sometimes. I’ve been trying different things as far as losing weight, this seems to work so far. And I am exercising, so two birds one stone.

I was over 275, now I’m 265? Been weighing myself everyday with coat and boots so don’t know exactly, would like to get back to 225, I was at that weight for about 15 years when I painted trucks.
