Homeboys Prologue
This is the fully(kinda) edited version of the prologue! You do need to read it to understand the story, so I really hope you like it!!!
(The prologue starts off with Aiden when he was six)
Aiden really did want to eat. Eating is, in fact, very important. You get the food, cram it down your throat, then pretend you aren’t still hungry. You can’t show weakness, or else you face the consequences. He wanted to show his mother that he could be useful. He wanted to be a good kid for her, and prove that he could do something, anything, that would impress her. His father was always gone. He wasn't dead, he just never came home. Never ever. He had to do work at the castle because he was the king's brother. That meant he couldn’t spend time with his family. It made Aiden really sad.
He got up from his chair. He could do it! All he had to do was enter his mother’s room and ask. He crept towards the doorway and peeked in. She was doing her own work. The things she used were
