Cool, just hit 365 pageviews right on new year's eve :D So, a little update... I just upgraded my PC for X-mas. I used to have: :bulletred: Pentium 4 2.66ghz (533MHz FSB, 512KB L1 cache) :bulletred: Crap Chaintech motherboard (SPT800) :bulletred: 1GB of PC2700 DDR Now I've got: :bulletblue: Athlon 64 3700+ (1GHz FSB, 1MB L2 cache) :bulletblue: ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 motherboard :bulletblue: 1.5GB of PC3200 RAM (perhaps soon 2GB) I haven't done much 3dsmax work/gaming/stress-testing with it (yet!), but I ran a few quick tests; one of which was rendering a 200-segment Geosphere (radius 70.0) with the Catmull-Rom antialiaser.
