Female inequalis adults, actually ;). Winter coats.

Traynak "juvenile" and adult females look remarkably similar. Only difference is that juvenile males start to develop specs of black (incoming mane) on the the back of their heads. And in formosus, females have a stripe on their snout. Certain inequalis also have this as well.

I absolutely love it! Cant wait to see the species! If I had to guess I would assume they were troodontids due to their smaller wing and tail fans, although the heads look more dromaeosaur-esk (though admittedly I only say that because all my Troodontids have feather crests on their heads and my dromies are mostly flat headed like above).
