Info about Legendary Council:
The ruling body of the world and universe of Pokémon. The Legendary Council is composed of all of the Legendaries and Mythicals of the Pokémon universe, and is divided at two levels: the Supreme Legendary Council and the regional councils. The Supreme Legendary Council governs the entire world and its subdimensions. The Supreme Legendary Council has a select few Legendaries on it, including Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, and some others, with Arceus at the head, and has its headquarters in the Hall of Origin. The regional councils govern specific regions such as Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, etc. and answer to the Supreme Legendary Council.
The regional councils in the PMD world are the actual rulers of their respective regions. In sharp contrast, the human-Pokémon world’s regional councils are not the actual rulers of their respective regions (as humans have formed their own rules and governments), but rather they serve more of a guiding role for the course of the world and its inhabitants. The system is imperfect so disasters are not always entirely prevented, but it is the role of the Legendary Council to stop disasters in progress, and if possible, prevent them.

Biography of both Midday and Midnight:
Midday and Midnight were created by Diana the Dialga approximately over two centuries ago (but less than or approximately equal to four centuries ago), for the purpose of traveling the lands and transforming others in order to maintain the Legendary Council's goals: protecting the innocent, preventing world-wide or region-wide disasters, and keeping the state of the universe in balance. Midday's and Midnight's role is more of a "only when absolutely necessary" and as a "last resort when all other options will not work" sort of thing rather than a perpetual job, unlike the roles of most other Legends and Mythicals who usually must work full time within their roles.
As such, Midday and Midnight often had plenty of free time, as they do to this day. In the beginning of their lives, they were first trained and raised by Diana, before they got old enough to take care of themselves.
When they became capable of taking care of themselves, they would begin fulfilling their roles, but the amount of free time allowed them to join Rescue Teams and do rescue work on the side. This was how they initially earned their money and vast inventory of goods, as they spent many years doing rescue work.
After retiring from Rescue Team work, they decided to settle down to live in their own place, settling down in the Isle of Pokécrest, a region in the PMD world. Diana, pleased with Midday’s and Midnight’s decades-long efforts, commissioned a mansion to be built on the clouds of Mt. Gigantus (Pokécrest's tallest mountain), using her powers in conjunction with Rayquaza's and of certain other Legends/Mythicals to permanently turn the clouds solid enough to walk and build on.
Over the years, the mansion was remodeled many times as the times changed and technology improved, and Midday and Midnight eventually became old enough to serve on the Pokécrest Council, one of the regional councils that is part of the Legendary Council, and the ruling body of the Isle of Pokécrest. This they did for many years, and still continue to serve on the Pokécrest Council to this day.
Midday and Midnight used the two Mews’ vast resources to start their own potion-making business, making potions to sell to others that can have a variety of effects, from transformation to healing to status effects. This potion-making business still is running to this day, and the two brothers show no sign of stopping their business. Midday is said to sometimes venture into dungeons to sell some of their wares to rescue teams in need.
Relationships with other characters:
Midday and Midnight think of each other as brothers, despite not actually being related. They also think of Diana as their mother. Midday is dating Jean (a female pink-furred green-eyed Mew), but Midnight is single and not dating anyone.
Hello everyone! I...have a bit of an issue. See, my glasses are worn down and old, I've had them since 2015, and I badly need to get them replaced as I can no longer see well with them. The new pair will cost me about $300, and insurance will not cover it. D: That, and I don't technically even have a job, so I can't afford the new glasses. :c I already have a doctor's prescription for new glasses, but I cannot get them filled since, as I stated earlier, insurance will not cover it. :c
