2. I will usually accept requests for refund, however, I may not give you one depending on the conditions and circumstances of your request. You are eligible to request after 1 week has passed from the date of purchase.
3. If I have set up comments for you to reply to, please don't randomly comment. When I put them, it is for organizational purposes for myself, so if you ignore this I will simply delete your comment without a response.
4. I will do holds, typically for a maximum of a week, however, I am ok with making exceptions depending on circumstances. This does not mean I will always do so, though.
5. You may make minor changes or tweaks to the design you receive, but please nothing major. Keep it recognizable. Don't change dark green hair to blood red or something because at that point why did you even pay for the adopt? You are free to change hairstyles and outfits, and make pattern or color tweaks, etc but please don't just buy my designs and then completely change them that makes no sense and kind of undermines the work I put into the design.
6. Don't steal my designs this one is literally obvious. If anyone has stolen any designs (Or any of my other art for that matter) that you are aware of, alert me right away.
7. Please credit me the first time you upload a drawing of the design you received, regardless of where it's posted. If you upload to toyhouse, my username is MichelleKyura. If you're uploading to a site I'm not a member of, continue to simply credit me under that name.
8. PLEASE do not purchase a design if you do not intend to use them in some form. I work hard on my designs just like I do with all my art. I don't want them to go to waste. Again I technically can't and will not stop you, but it's just a bit of a waste and I'd rather not see that happen if it doesn't have to.
9. Don't send your payment until I give you the clear. If paying with points, DO NOT GIFT OR DONATE UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO. I will set up a temporary commission for you to use to pay and unless I state otherwise, you are to use that. (There are some situations in which I will take direct payment but that is not my typical method.) 8. PLEASE do not purchase a design if you do not intend to use them in some form. 10. You may gift designs, but while purchasing, let me know who it is supposed to be going to so I can correctly mark it.
11. Please remember to reply to the correct comment on a post if there are some set up.
12. I'd like it if you didn't spontaneously withdraw bids or offers.
13. I am allowed to deny sales to anyone I see fit.
14. Free adoptables are first come first serve.
15. Do not ask if I will accept alternate methods of pay not listed in the description of the adoptable. I will only accept what I list there for each individual adopt, and my adopts prices are all non-negotiable unless otherwise stated so do not ask for lower prices.
16. If, in a DTA, you do not submit your art on time without having first requested an extension, you are automatically disqualified.
17. Flat sales are first come first serve.
18. I only take payment upfront. Mystery adoptables will not be started until received.
19. Abide by the rules, and acknowledge the personal policies.
