Reasoning: Main body shape and colors of a Cherubi, with the rounded marking on Cherubi's head now thicker, shorter, and pointed similar to the thick point atop Rotom's head, which the spike stemming up from between the Cherubi leaves also represents. Has plasma in the same color as Rotom's surrounding the entire body including it's leaves, and the bits of plasma stemming from Rotom's body almost like appendages, are still present, but now wavy, almost like a wavy leaf falling in the breeze. Eye style + color is that of Rotom, however it is smaller and rounded like Cherubi's normal eyes.

Personality: Very easy to please and always laid-back, Tom doesn't have a very award-winning personality, and most would say that a bag of dirt not only has more intelligence than he does, but more personality too. He likes what ever everyone around him likes, he dislikes whatever everyone around him dislikes, he  isn't much and doesn't take much to make him happy, but he always has that dopey smile regardless. He's also very, very dumb and quite lonely since he has no friends; probably because he doesn't know what a friend is. The only thing Tom's really actually good at is glowing.
