The Avengers 2000 (Hero Team)

So, last time I did my own Avengers team was for my own Marvel universe (aka "Earth-511)". Now, here's a little something that I thought I'd just put together for a little fun. The concept for this Avengers team is "What if they made the Avengers but used the 2000s Marvel movie characters?" (yes, I know the first Blade movie came out in 1998, but still) inspired by this fan made trailer by Dr Flashpoint: www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aU24z… (I actually highly recommend you check it out as well. It is awesome!!!)

Now, I know the Wesley Snipes Blade trilogy, X-Men movie universe, Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy, Ben Affleck's Daredevil, Ang Lee's Hulk, Tom Janes' Punisher and Nicolas Cage's Ghost Rider all take place in their own separate universes, but for the sake of this new universe where this Avengers team resides in, we'll just say that they all take place in this universe as that's what the original plans for the Marvel Cinematic Universe (Earth-19999) was going to be. There's an alternate scene featuring Nick Fury's first appearance in the first "Iron Man" movie where he references Spider-Man, Hulk and the X-Men. But this was obviously cut and changed due to rights issues with Marvel, Sony, 20th Century Fox and Universal. Not to mention, let's all be honest, this would've been friggin' awesome had this had happened. If it did, I (back when I was a kid) would've lost it!!!

Also, I am welcome to any member suggestions you have in mind to be part of the team. Just let me know down in the comments and I'll see if they can fit on the team or not. And, I'm also happy to RP with these characters featured on the team if you'd like, even though this isn't an RP post.
