Mystic Android 18

I thought perhaps I'd try something new different from my Android 21 fan edits. This time, featuring that other female android from Dragon Ball everyone also likes; Android 18. In which, 18 has apparently had HER potential unlocked in some way. Perhaps via the Elder Kai ritual, or is it another type of Potential Unlock skill?
