Kaio-Ken Majin Android 21

WARNING: OLD ART!! The art or comments in this Deviation may no longer represent the artist's current views or interests.

Here's yet another Android 21 fan edit I made. This time, Android 21 is using the Kaio-Ken technique but in her true/Majin form.

I'll make a Good 21 variation too.
