Not every changeling is lucky and not every changeling belongs to the Courts, but Ben Hickory isn't on speaking terms with Luck or the Chairmen. Although he doesn't live in Motor City proper, and has even been accused of being a Fae Loyalist, Ben is the Midwest's premier Onieromancer and his skills and connections are always in demand. Sadly his reputation as the ugliest among Fairest has sullied his outlook of people in general, and he expects nothing from them in turn but cold disgust. He's taken to bothering LeShay when Courtiers aren't snooping about, though he occasionally trades dream phials for goblin fruits.
