Kensuoh got a slight redesign, EX-stage designation, and a better backstory.

After history is put back in order, there are still rumours of unrest in Gensokyo - but among the youaki, rather than the humans. Concerned for the well-being of the youkai, Byakuren asks the heroes to investigate. The one responsible is a Tsukumogami created during the Time Reversal Incident. Kensuoh's will to live - and exterminate other youkai - allowed him to become a true youkai, beyond the power of the Miracle Mallet. Unwilling to submit to a master, he attacks the heroes ferociously.
