Terra Obscura

Nines can't read maps. He knows he needs a map and a compass to chart a course, but doesn't know how to use either. So far in his grand scheme to undermine the governments of the Realms, he's managed to:
a) Get himself horribly lost
b) Spend most of his funds for running the scheme on food and lodgings
c) Put a big tea stain on the bottom of his map
d) Ruin his nice white spats AND get his handkerchief eaten by a goat
