Lamin and Kadatheon

With the (comparative) success of the Ultra Recon program, Ultra Megalopolis eventually started a "trainer exchange program" so that humans could learn more about the beings of Ultra Space, their own people could learn about how pokemon (and UB's) can be partners. Lamin made friends with an eevee, which evolved into the bug-type Kadatheon when it was exposed to energies from a strange world in Ultra Space.
