This was a request from my sister.... 18 months ago? Oops.
Gozzle, the gosling pokemon. These small bird pokemon are feisty, ready to compete and fight only moments after hatching. Because they are easy prey for larger aquatic pokemon, they stick close to their parent Canadactyl until they are ready to evolve. Gozzles that are separated from their parents form an attachment to anything larger than them - something pokemon trainers capitalize on while training the otherwise willful gozzles. Gozzle evolves into Canadactyl at level 30.
Canadactyl the lakefront pokemon. These large dragon-type pokemon are at home in the water and nest along shorelines. They are fearless in defense of their flocks, especially their young gozzles, and will tackle pokemon many times their own size. They have a vicious, remorseless nature and tend to dominate urban ponds and shorefronts, forcing out more gentle pokemon like swanna and wingull. As such they are regarded as pests in some places, but getting rid of them is not easy. Canadactyl is the official bird pokemon of the Osai region.
