Carmine

A member of the Turks. He wears gloves because his hands are scarred from his attempts to learn how to properly use his butterfly knives. They in turn are mostly for show, and he tends to throw them at fleeing targets, preferring to use nearby implements - tools, chairs, debris from the Plate, whatever's at hand.
