Thor: Ragnarok - Sakaar Warrior Concept

This concept, nicknamed "Microwave-Head", is loosely inspired by a weird Jack Kirby head shape design that director Taika Waititi wanted us to incorporate.
Later on the helmet got scrapped and the warrior concept slowly evolved into the costume and makeup design of the 
Sakaar Arena Warden, embodied by Jasper Bagg.

love this one!I guess is the lighting or maybe that painterly feeling to it! I dont care much about its functionality, i ve got caugth by it s palette!! nice one!!

The whole point of using this ridiculous and unpractical helmet design would have been to add to the tongue in cheek appeal of the movie that Taika was aiming for (and successfully pulled off, as the movie shows :))
