Hugo Strange Dark Knight Rises

It's been speculated that Hugo Strange will be the villain in The Dark Knight Rises, sequel to The Dark Knight directed by Christopher Nolan. While everyone seems to think the already ghost casted Tom Hardy will play Strange but I have a feeling Hardy fits into a another role of an ambiguous figure. So with Strange being older, bald, with grey whiskers I landed on Malkovich...he's not my favorite for the role but it was easier than Viggo Mortensen bc he's never bald. Let me know what you think.
