I put 'new' in quotations due to the fact that these illustrations have been available in the Second Edition of "Edgar Allan Poe's Premium Horror and Weird Fiction," but they are new here. My previous illustrations were part of my first attempts to work in negative sketching and don't meet up with my current standards. Over the next week I'll be uploading the new series from the second edition, some of which are just fresher versions of the original, and some are complete re-vampings of the concept. In any case, I hope you all really enjoy them! 

I've been away from DA for much of the past year due to a move to a new city, job search, new job, marriage, and -- finally -- holiday stuff. But now I'm trying to update my illustrations. There's a lot to do: Dracula, Charles Dickens, H. G. Wells, and I'm working on W. W. Jacobs, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and eventually Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.
