MLP Resource EQG: Sunset Shimmer's Cutie Mark

By mewtwo-EX
Taken from 24:22 or so. Note that this is her human form CM that appears on her shirt, so the pony version may be different. Colors should be color-guide accurate. The full Sunset Shimmer is here fav.me/d6l2lx9

:icongouseplz::iconthisartplz: The AI file is here, and can be opened in Adobe Reader: dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/35…. If you use either version (PNG or AI), send/comment me a link to the finished product and give credit and link-back in the description. Thanks!
Here's a SVG version sta.sh/02d037yexq6k

Thumbs in comments may be a premium feature.
One suggestion: Make her strokes a bit thicker. :)

yes! thanks for your feedback! I just can't seem to remember how thick to make them. I use Inkscape and I've seen you use AI. But just as a general question hehe how thick in pixels do you paint the strokes? thanks for your time =D

Well, you don't use pixels in vector programs. You use Points! And the number is not really any hard and fast thing, since how large it is depends on how big your canvas is. Working at a typical Letter paper size, 5pt is usually what I use when making a full page image. (For outside strokes. 3pt for detail strokes.)

Wow many thanks! I will do so from now on to vector stuff! And sorry about it haha when I started using Inkscape the thickness of the lines was measures in Pixels that's why I asked hahha I'll use Points now as my standard measure =D
