Hi all! Checking in with all you lovely people- its been awhile since I've made a journal. I hope you have all been well!

I've been working on my Master's thesis (aka revising, I have defended) and its been taking up my time alongside full (and more) work.
Hoping I can start being a bit more talkative on here though...

But I wanted to say hi- ask you all how you've been doing?
Is there anything you'd like to see more of from me?
Any questions or concerns? I'd love to hear from more of you.
I don't mean to seem a bit like a ghost and not speak too much... ;_;
I'm not the best with consistently updating on social media, but I am on other sites like Twitter and Tumblr under the same username.

Firstly, I've been really happy seeing how many people have been enjoying my Paralogos Species-
over at ParalogosDictionary!

We even have a big adoption event going on right now, where you can adopt one of these kids for free! (With a bit of effort of course.)

I'd love if any of you interested would take a peek- I've been really trying to work on a lot of Para's lately, and its been fun.
I hope to start developing my personal crew pretty soon too.

This doesn't mean I've forgotten about whifflings - but I have been trying to think about how to revive their activity levels for a bit. Just a tad stumped. So stay tuned on that front. (Open to suggestions!)

I also have my other personal concepts/works floating about in my head, which, I hope to eventually pen down.

I'd like to see more Paralogos designs from you, like original stuff and all that jazz, but honestly just you being around more would be great. :o

Yeah, I'm concerned you're overworking yourself, but honestly I get it, bleeding revisions and bleeding work.. :(

....I talk to you on a near-daily basis and even I think you're a ghost sometimes, yes.

Random Life Update!

I don't give much of these anymore do I? Haha. I remember posting them all the time as a teen. XD So I've been working at my antiques/Ebay focused job more dedicatedly for a few months now, since September. The boss and I carpool, and overall he's been very pleasant to ride in with. It is very stress free (mostly), even if some days can start early or end very late. Not that my second job I used to focus on more was bad or anything, but I think I'm doing a lot better stress levels wise to just do this 'one' 'official' job. Technically its part time but with the amount of work I do it is more like a full time job, just flexible. So I need to ensure I keep up with my remote (home) hours. Been helping my boyfriend on his eBay shop, been putting in some time on my eBay shop... I feel like my life is surrounded by pre-owned items. Not that I'm complaining! I've had time for art as well, now that I've gotten a bit better of a balance going. It has been really wonderful working on stuff

Alright so... Not leaving DeviantArt. It is still a better art management site and in terms of viewing past work and being able to keep it organized, it is MUCH better than sites like tumblr (not going back there lol), twitter (currently a dumpster fire but I'm only using Hootsuite to post with it), Instagram (also just using Hootsuite to post to it), etc etc. I just won't pay for any features ever again. XD; And I already use my own watermark, so it can't be removed from their files anyway. No I don't want to learn yet another social media site, I'm 29... XD;; Buzzly made me very upset, and unless a DA clone arises that functions like DA, I'm not moving. FurAffinity is fine, I just don't enjoy the interface. I did submit a formal request to opt out using the following keywords "mewhaku", "Paralogos", and "whifflings" in terms of relevant key terms for others to be aware of. Firstly, if you're a group on DA or have a Lorekeeper site or similar- you can apply to be an affiliate on my site: I've been very busy working on things for it! Since this is the evolution of @ParalogosDictionary and @whifflings after all. We're rather busy with the Halloween season! Lots of sales posted recently as well: [all the characters that are up for sale are on LogosLibrary's account] There's also so many different ARPG events going on right now...for example- @Puppillars : @Mothcats has an XTA I've submitted a few written entries to: And then @Mhoat-boat just opened their site! I hope everyone is doing well!!!
