As to your question / msg "Is it possible for you to make a moving one? Maybe as a gif?":
For an animated stereogram go to mewbies.com, left menu Geek Fun / Stereogram Animation (you'll need Java plug-in/ enabled)
To make an animated .gif that is another matter. It is on my every growing to do tutorial list.
The very basics, depends on your OS - aquire a software that does it to create from scratch, see here: [link]
Or capture an animated stereogram with a screen recording then covert the video to a gif: [link]
Or use a screen capture program such as mouser's Screenshot Captor: [link]
Set it to capture every x seconds with auto save images to location x on then compile the images into a .gif (plenty of free soft to do just that).
