The adult version of my superhero OC, Pulse.  After years of training with the hero team The Show and her mentor Osprey, as well as participating in a number of battles that put her abilities to the limit and beyond, Pulse finally took the initiative to join the metahuman division of the military. Her decision was partly based on her last battle alongside her teammates that ended in tragedy when her powers went out of control and leveled several city blocks in a wave of pure telekinetic force. Many people were injured, and after she herself recovered she came to realize that she had come to the limit of their teachings -- none of them had her power set, and while some of the more tech-savvy ones gave her options... she just couldn't bring herself to blindly trust in them alone.

 As a result, she is now a free agent of the military and forced to wear a kinetic dynamo set in a chest harness when in battle that bleeds off the excess telekinetic energy she produces to lessen the chances of a relapse.

Author's Note: While Pulse has mainly been part of a stand-alone Superhero RP, she is also able to fit in with the name brand universes as well.
