Ladies and gentlement i present another negativetale au take i did with Daviduzzzzzz  againn

Well since idk what the fuck else say ima shut up and get into lore

-lore:

Papyrus had been denied entry in the Royal Guard once more and his frustration with his brother had been growing ever higher.

The next step was logical to him, the festival had been growing closer and he knew the guard was searching for “candidates”...

One day Sans was surprised to see Papyrus come home with two Royal Guards but when he realised what was going on, it was too late.

He tried to run but was soon knocked out and taken to the main event…

When he woke back up a daunting sight awaited him, Undyne herself was right in front of him, holding her spear and ready to strike.

He only had a second to react, but he made good use of it, before the captain could lay the blow on him he retaliated and stabbed her with a strong bone attack leaving her dusted faster than anyone could realise.

The festival was cancelled and Sans imprisoned, awaiting his inevitable execution…

Meanwhile, Alphys observed the event from her lab and what she saw piqued her interest.

She was surprised by Sans’s strength, for a “weak” monster destined to the festival he had managed an immense feat of power.

She wanted to know more about it, no, she HAD to know more about it!

The doctor soon asked Asgore to give her Sans instead of executing him, he agreed and the skeleton was transferred to the lab for testing…

Alphys had long wanted to create the so-called “perfect” warrior and she quicly realised Sans was a subject fit for just that.

The skeleton endured countless tortures and experiments that reshaped his mind, Alphys implanted an emotion extract device on him and turned him into her personal puppet.

Sans was now nothing more than a machine made to “protect” the kingdom, the perfect tool against humanity…

For the time being he was assigned the role of the king’s personal guard.

He would kill anyone that seemed a threat to the monarchy and leave no trace of it.

He was still allowed a “normal” life in Snowdin where he could monitor the citizens and deal with any violence encountered using brutality…

That was until an accident happened, during a fight at Grillby’s where Sans found himself involved he was hit in the head with an axe.

The blow caused the crack on his skull to enlarge and the emotion extract device to break.

Sans proceeded to kill everyone in the bar and run away, filled with emotions he did not even recall from his past…

All the hatred and anguish were coming back at him: Asgore, Alphys, Papyrus…

All those names felt… Disgusting to him.

He was still a killing machine but now that his mind had returned once again his objectives had changed.

And he knew exactly where to start anew…

‘Sans’

-After he regained his senses he went on a slaughter, hunting for everyone as a way to get “revenge”.

-He blames Papyrus more than anyone due to being the one that sold him out.

-He has two designs: the first is when he was under Alphys’s control and the second is after he broke free.

-His clothes are based on the popular Negativetale Anniversary drawing, Alphys changed his full look and also gave him a new armour.

-Alphys had Asgore’s trident symbol stamped on the front and back of his clothes to show he was a guard, he later on scribbled the symbols making them unrecognisable after he regained his mind.

-The crack on his head was the one “flaw” Alphys wasn’t able to fix about Sans, thus being his only weak point.

-The name “Egomania” isn’t really a description of Sans’s but is rather more fitting for Alphys. Her pride in turning Sans into the ultimate weapon backfired and was ultimately everyone’s downfall.

-He probably would need therapy… *Wonder if there’s anyone who’d be fit for the job?*

‘Papyrus’

-His plan to get into the guard actually worked, just not in the way he had imagined. After Undyne was killed by Sans he was allowed in the guard and even promoted to captain.

-He was inexperienced as a captain and yet the most ruthless member of the guard by far

-The two would have still lived together while Sans was under Alphys’s control. Sans had no recollection of what had happened with his brother and Papyrus, pleased with his new position, never annoyed Sans and barely even talked to him.

-He was Sans’s first victim after he snapped out due to him blaming Papyrus for everything.

-Papyrus’s death was reminiscent of his death in the original. At that moment he was actually intent on killing Monster Kid for simply getting in his way, Sans took the opportunity and ambushed him from the back, stabbing him multiple times with a bone. The kid was relieved to have gotten saved at first but soon after the same fate came upon them too…
