[ FellDream ] Oneiro And Ephialtes

Edit: our take on felldream is now the main canon of the AU, we got ownership of it soo yeah yayyyy


Basically Daviduzzzzzz and i though doing felldream remake but we decided now to do some fellverse takes and stuff, we though doing a fellerror, fellink, FellEpic and fellfatal error takes, also more takes but that are just some

So we started with FellDream

Before her death by the hands of an hateful human, Nim protector of the tree of feelings, divided her role in 2 beings that would live on after her.
The vessel that she chose for the 2 spirits was a small skeleton named Sans from the AU Fellswap, this vessel worked perfectly as a body for the 2 spirits named Oneiro and Ephialtes ("Dream" and "Nightmare" in greek) but…
Due to the hateful AU the little skeleton originated from, the bodies of the 2 spirits in part altered the function of both, changing their crucial attributes.

Positivity turned into the joy of inflicting pain upon others.

While Negativity changed into feelings of self-hatred.

As time went on a village formed around the tree, however tensions started to grow as the inhabitants began to grow an inherent distaste of Ephialtes due to Oneiro spreading word of his bother having malign intentions.
This led to Ephialtes being frequently avoided or treated badly by most in the village.
One day Oneiro pressured Ephialtes into eating one of the apples in the tree so that the villagers could see what a real monster he was.
Ephialtes grabbed one apple off the tree, however this caused all of the tree to turn negative and spread anger in the village.
Everyone was rushing to the tree to make the skeleton pay for what he’d done, Ephialtes, scared for his life took a bite out of the apple and that turned him into a real monster who killed all of the villagers that were gathering up at the tree, Oneiro paralyzed with horror as he realized what he’d done.
Ephialtes snapped out of it and prepared to fight, he ate the only golden apple left and a fearsome battle raged on.

Ephialtes trying to hold himself back from killing his own brother and Oneiro trying as hard as he could to kill the monster he had created.

Oneiro:

-His plan in making Ephialtes eat a black apple was to make the villagers revolt against his brother so that he could take full control of the tree, however he didn’t plan for the tree to fully change and didn’t realize eating a black apple would have turned his brother into a real monster

-At first he didn’t hate Ephialtes but as time went on his pride grew and he decided to try and take full control of the tree

-His objective is find Ephialtes and kill him to make amends for his mistake, he secretly highly regrets his actions but knows it’s too late to go back and that he can only move forwards

-He’s not as good as normal Dream but not bad either

-Very nostalgic of the past

-Friends with Dye (FellInk take name)

-UNAMUSED 24/7

-Prefers face to face combat so doesn’t use long range weapons

-The Apple Incident events made him reconsider his life choices

-Was never turned to stone after his first encounter with Ephialtes, he just fled (means he’s also more mature than normal Dream)

-Doesn’t talk much in fights

-Has social anxiety, not many friends (RIP bozo)

-Very hard to made him laugh

-Draws as a hobby (Spoiler, he’s not good at it)

-Once tried to use Dye's "Devilbomb" (It didn't end well)

Ephialtes:

-He always trusted his brother (even when it became apparent Oneiro cared no longer for him) so he listened to him when he was told to take the black apple off the tree

-In his corrupted form he really only wants to be left alone but has a really hard time keeping himself together and snaps frequently

-Not really malicious by nature, just accepted the role of “monster” that was given to him

-Guilt trips Oneiro a lot, keeps reminding him of the mistakes he’s made

-Secretly pretty depressed

-His only real friend is FellKiller Sans, he actually treats him good

-Likes reading (mostly horror stuff)

-NEVER lies and hates people who do
