CHAPTER I : EVERYTHING FROM NOTHING In the beginning, there existed a god named Chaos. From nothingness, the mighty god planted the seed of ‘life’ and ‘magic’ along with the creation of ‘the world’. Together, they created ‘Earth’. The world, filled with light and plentiful resources granted by the god, started to form lives. Many creatures with distinct wings, fangs and claws appeared all over the world. Some are gargantuan and overwhelming with their earth-breaking power; some are gifted with gracefulness and glamour; others are infamous for their peculiar quirkiness. All of them shone so brightly as if they were god’s beloved. All of them, except for one. Human. A species without a gigantic body nor a mighty claw, neither graceful wings nor deadly fangs. With physical abilities second to an orc’s and intelligence no match to an elf’s, they seem to have been forgotten by god when he bestowed all beings with their power.
