Nyx - Byzantine chainmaille necklace

For this necklace I used hematite beads and stainless steel rings. The chainmaille weaves are Byzantine and Romanov, a variation of Byzantine.

Nyx (greek Νύξ, "night") is one of the primeval deities in greek mythology. She is the goddess of the night and the mother of personified gods such as Hemera (day), Hypnos (sleep) and Thánatos (death). She was thought to be a figure of exceptional power and beauty. (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nyx)
