Industrial Anubis With Collar

Wow...I haven't updated in too long! In the throes of my craziest, busiest time of year, you know. Anyway, I thought I'd share my newest creation; industrial Egyptian collars. Here's Industrial Anubis #56 (sorry, sold already) with one of my new collars.

I thought I'd try my hand at a matching accessory for the industrial Egyptian line of masks. Every time someone says "do you make Egyptian collars?" I have to say no, but a few days ago I thought "why not?" and I got to work on a couple.

I'm very happy with the way they turned out. They're roomy and comfortable, but sexy too. I don't even think the gears are jarring or out of place; they remind me of Ra's sun disks and so, they seem right in keeping with the motif.

Made (like my masks) of hand carved leather, painted with acrylics, adorned with salvaged bits and pieces. I found a brass ankh to bolt onto this one.
