This is, I think, one of my most beautiful masks and a design I'm quite proud of. Full of motion, color and energy. Inspired by my beautiful crown tail betta (who has since joined the Choir Invisible...he's an ex-betta), this is an original piece of wearable art depicting two fighting fish swirling in battle.
This mask is intricately carved and tooled, and then hand-shaped from one piece of 8oz leather. It is painted with colorfast Liquitex acrylics in metallic bronze, copper, and various shades of gold, with the carving accented by a rich brown antiquing stain.

Kind of reminds me of Avater: The Last Airbender where they are at the north pole and there are the two spirits in constant circling, representing Yin and Yang.
