Failing to read and follow these rules/conditions will result in consequences and termination of future adoptable sales.
Payment
- All payment must be in EUR.
- Paying with points is only permitted when clearly stated in the auction description!
- Payment is due within 24 hours at the end of an auction, if not stated otherwise.
- No refunds are permitted once the exchange is completed.
- Please send me your paypal email in order for me to send an invoice to you.
Payment plans
- A payment plan is only permitted if it is stated in the Adoptable Description.
- Payment plans are usually allowed at a value of 400€ and above, unless it is stated otherwise in the Adopt description
- Payment plans always work as follows:
- 50% of the purchase price have to be payed within 24 hours.
- The other 50% have to be payed within 4 weeks after that.
- Only when the full price if completly payed you will get the rights to the character(s) and the pictures that are included in the Adopt.
Buyer rights of the Design/Art
- By purchasing an adoptable from me, you get the rights to use this character in personal use. Commercial use is not allowed!
- I retain all copyrights of my original work, which means I can use it for anything I wish, such as uploading it in other galleries of mine (Facebook, Instagram ect.) or using it for promotion.
- I claim the rights of the intellectual porperty, the design and the drawing itself, which means you have to credit me for creating the design!
- I will not resell or redistribute the design to anyone else if the character is owned by someone other than me.
- After buying one of my designs you are the owner of the character until you resell/trade or gift it away.
What you receive upon purchase
- The Design with only the small watermark in full resolution.
- Any extras you bought from me (read the adoptable sale desciption for extras).
- For the "choose color and clothes" adoptables:
- Please consider a waiting time for the finished piece of one week to a maximum of two months (I got a real life too.).
- Also please give me the required information to finish the adopt. If the information are insufficient I will contact you. Are the information still not enough or I can not reach you I will finish the adopt with my own interpretations.
Refunding
- Refunds won't be made after a payment plan is completed and the price is fully payed, this also applies for payments without a payment plan.
- If you drop out of the payment plan you can only request a refund of the amount that you already payed.
- In case of a Refund I will give you your already payed money back as soon as the Adopt you wanted to buy is sold again! (You can help me promote / advertise the Adopt, the sooner it is sold again the sooner you get your money back.)
Blacklisting
- In case you drop out of a payment for an Adopt more than once you are going to be blacklisted and will not be able to buy an Adopt from me anymore!
- Acts that result into blacklisting are:
- Starting a payment plan and dropping out of it more than once.
- Refusing to pay the Adopt you had interest in.
- Showing interest in an Adopt and not answering me after I sent you a note multiple times. (I will wait a week at maximum for you to answer me. Blacklist happens if you do this more than once).
- If you are on my Blacklist that means that I will block you on DA. After that you are not able to contact me anymore in any way and are not allowed to buy one of my Adopts in the future.
Editing
- Minor changes on the design such as changing color, accessoires ect. are fine.
- Unless it is a major change (like changing more than 40% of the original or what you consider major) you do not have to discuss the changes with me.
- Changes on the design must be drawn itself as a seperate picture. You are not allowed to change/edit the original directly on my drawing!
Transfer
- Reselling is allowed, as long as you don´t exceed the price you bought it at.
- Designs you got for free from me (through Raffle, Kiribian ect.) or another (through trading/gifting) can not be resold!
- Trading and gifting is also allowed.
- Always inform me if the ownership of an adoptable changes, so I can keep track of them. If I will lose track of an adoptable you bought it will lead to consequences for you!
- Please inform the new owner of these rules/conditions!
- If you need help in trading or reselling one of my designs you can contact me and I will open a Journal.
All of my adoptables, old and new ones, are bound by these rules/conditions!
