The Textures Feature Vol. VIII + a few words

Hi everyone!

First of all, how have you been? I am still getting used to everything that's changed around here since the site update. I feel like navigating on this site works differently now, especially switching between the site's sub-pages (Daily Deviations, Browse, Watch feed...). How did you experience all the recent changes?

The Holiday Card Project

I'd like to make you aware of a dA project that I want to support: The #HolidayCardProject. Most of you probably know what it's about since I posted my project entry yesterday, but here's a quick summary for those of you who missed it:

The purpose of the Holiday Card Project is to have deviants create physical holiday cards for people who are hospitalized during the holiday season, helping to bring a smile to the faces of those who may need some holiday cheer.

For your participation, you also get one month of premium membership for free. So whatever's holding you back, I can only encourage you to toss it aside and create a wonderful holiday card to make a stranger smile. It's a really good cause and actions like these is what makes this earth a better place.

The loveliest feature ever!

Yesterday, a dear texture making friend of mine has published the loveliest feature ever, presenting many of my recent works and saying such wonderful things about me and my art, so I had no choice but to tear up a little. So this is me officially saying thanks to carlyartdaily, who's just gotten into texture making over the past couple of months. You should absolutely check out her work!
