Movie Poster Stylize Any Photo

The full sized finished photo: [link] . Many TV and Movie posters use a similar technique to get these stylized characters. You can turn ANY photo into a quality stylized poster. I don't care if I misspell something. But let me know if something doesn't make sense. I caught myself twice skipping whole sections of steps.

This took forever for me to translate Davies' tutorial from Photoshop to Paint Shop Pro. I remain confused about a few points. Once I perfected the technique, for myself and others, I shortened the process and made a tutorial. I love doing this to personal photos.
