Your art is amazing, very rich colors!  Kinda like if the old masters did works about athletic giantesses saving humanity from eldritch abominations. But then, I can't even draw.. lol
If I wasn't lagging 50 years behind the times, and had a way to pay online, I'd definitely support you.

Got a new Watcher.

Man, thank you so much for the kind words! Especially getting compared to the old masters- that's a huge compliment. Glad to have you along for the ride!

I randomly stumbled upon your work and it is awesome!

However I'm still wondering exactly what Vigilant Lioness is? Is it a story that can read somewhere? Is there a lead character? Etc.

Hey, thank you so much for looking at my work and the kind words!

Vigilant Lioness is my series of paintings of giant heroines and monsters. What initially began as only paintings has expanded over the years; I now write a short story vignette to go with each painting, and I've been working on making an illustrated novel (think something along the lines of James Gurney's Dinotopia but with giants) over the past two years. The first rough draft and second draft outline for the illustrated novel are currently available for my patrons to read. I've posted rough digital sketches for the prologue and first act on Patreon on as well.

I've also got a book coming out this year that collects everything Vigilant Lioness-related from 2015-2020 (paintings, drawings, failures, story vignettes, reference photos I shot, and behind the scenes stuff). The Kickstarter should be launching at the end of this month!

Really, at the moment Vigilant Lioness is a world I'm building, and it's getting more filled out and detailed as time goes on.

Thanks again so much for your interest in my work, and I hope this answered your question thoroughly!

Your gallery is absolutely inspiring, not only for how astounding the art is, but also thanks to the story behind each picture. I've always found the concept of heroic giants to be very appealing, and it's great to see someone being so creative and unique with it, especially with such beautiful characters. Keep up the great work!
