Trypo is still....kinda....kinda sorta......fucked up?
As of right now, he's relatively calm and loving towards most people he's familiar with. He has shown himself to be fairly childish and dependant on these people however, and if driven over the edge on something, will often crawl to them and shiver in fear over the situation.
However
He's usually a very hard man to break when it comes to situations that do not imply a emotional standing. He is quick to take care of problems within the kingdom and isn't afraid to call for arms. He is known  to give to the poor people of the city, and attempt to keep a balance within the kigndom. He seems to have the ability to make the toughest of desisions without a sweat, though he'll quickly back off if Charlotte or Samiel think of something better.

He often has overzelous dreams for Dainichi, and wishes to create strong aliances with as many kingdoms as he can.

HOWEVER
Trypo is well known for having emotional breakdowns in very public places, and is often a recluse around partys or social royalty gatherings. He's usually very brash and will often go into a fight head first, and doesn't usually considder the consequences. He is known to get drunk every so often when stress is getting to him and is said to go back "to his old ways"
He often lacks any confidence in his decisions, but often doesn't let that get in the way. 
Trypo does want what's best for the people, but he'll throw that out if he thinks it's better for Charlotte or Samiel.
He will intentionally make laws that he knows has loopholes to get what he desires as well.

TO SUMMERIZE THOUGH
Trypo and his brother were born into an abusive home with little protection. Their mother was banished when they were young, and their father was threatening and cruel. due to their strange appearance, the small town they lived in associated them with the legendary Hoopa, and soon grew fearful of them.  Eventually, the two fled their home and wandered about the lands, eventually falling weak in the forests of Agnesi. A lord by the name of Javious finds the two, and brings them over seas to a tiny island that held his tiny kingdom.  There, the two were raised as princes to Javious's throne. However, a plot to overthrow Javious was soon conspired between pokemon, which ended in a massacre of the entire castle.
The two boys both fled the castle and traveled up to the north of Dainichi. Trypo and Phobia both were attacked by a wild Beartic and separated
*NOT IN THE STORY*
Trypo was found by a scouting crew from Kori and brought up to the city to be taken care of. Harp was put in charge of bringing him back up to health and keeping him in check. Eventually, a merchant took up the job of apprenticing Trypo and taught him his ways. Eventually, Lord Dusk sent Trypo down to Diamond in Dainichi during the Wishing Festival to sell Kori goods. Ecucu ran across Trypo and decided to send in a request to Kori to keep Trypo in Diamond.
After countless agreements, Dusk released Trypo from Kori to go live within the castle doors in Diamond. Trypo and Phobia are reunited, though only with bittersweet feelings.
Trypo soon found interest with weapons after watching Andres train with them in the courtyard, and soon asked if he could become a knight. Though Andres reluctantly agreed, seeing how Trypo appeared to be too weak to fight; He took Trypo in as an apprentice.
Trypo was....not exactly the best apprentice around. Shortly after the training started, he began to have violent outbursts of rage and irritation. He began going out to bars and harassed everyone within. He eventually began committing crimes like theft and attempted murder, but was never caught.
Andres repeatedly pressed Ecucu to take action and end Trypo's apprenticeship. But Ecucu refused, saying that "He's too far in, might as well finish it."
a month before Trypo's knighting, a strange old man came into his life. The Queen of Tangerie Rioct's advisor, Z, quickly whisked Trypo away from Dainichi to put him under some "evaluation" and teach him manners he so clearly did not understand.
Z eventually began to teach Trypo about some of the work he did for Rhea, and eventually had Ecucu and Andres cancel the knight apprenticeship. 
A few months within this new training, Z accidentally lost his arm from an argument with Trypo's brother, and passed on the Advisor job to Trypo.
Trypo was....I'd say a decent advisor? He did the work he was told to do, and gave Rhea suggestions....most which may or may not have been "get drunk, the problem might be solved in the morning.
Trypo began to take up a liking towards one of the knight elites of the force, Charlotte Flare, though he often showed little attention or emotion of such. For several months, he kept up his job as Advisor, and began to babysit little Tully, the queen's daughter, every few days.
Trypo eventually began to try to pursue a relationship with Charlotte, whiiiich ended up with forced head trauma as Charlotte beat the fuck out of him.
After the little accident, Trypo was fired from his Advisory job, and had no clue who he was, or what the hell was going on in the world.
He began to coil himself up, being filled with regret and general hatred towards the world. Z had assigned Charlotte to take care of him shortly after he woke up. Trypo, once again, fell in love with Charlotte, this time, being less a shit.
Charlotte eventually began to try taking Trypo under several different apprenticeships, trying to find him his muse. She eventually gave up and left him to his own mind. Theeeen she got her ass kicked by Rabbit, and Rhea had Trypo watch over her as she healed.
I mean, they cuddled a lot.....not the noisy kind, just....lots of hugs and such.
They both began having difficulties being separated for too long and I guess began dating?? (maybe????)
Trypo eventually found a job tutoring Tully, and worked every other night for pay. 
Shortly after Charlotte and Trypo were sent to Dainichi to handle the Yveltalist problem, Charlotte got stabbed in the shoulder and got an deadly infection. (Plus Pikes happened)
Trypo's brother brought Charlotte up to Viburn to be taken care of, buttt Trypo casually followed after because fuck it--
He stuck to Charlotte's side for most of the visit to Viburn while Charlotte's brother frantically attempted to Summon Xerneas to save Charlotte from dying from the infection.
Then Samiel happened and brought them to Dainchi all like "ay lmao I know you don't wanna be here, but too bad"
and then the two were crowned King and Queen because reasons.
