No, I'm not dead. Yes, I'm still around, kindasorta. Been busy with the kind of nothingness that seems like, y'know, nothingness until you realize it's eaten up all your time. Going to try to get some new stuffs uploaded. Haven't been taking many photos lately, working more on getting better at drawing (oh, what I'd give to be able to afford an art course or two).

Wow, I have neglected my dA account. I have literally HUNDREDS, possibly THOUSANDS, of new pics, a fair number of which I hope to get uploaded here. Soon. Maybe. If I get around to it. I'm not a procrastinator, mind you. But one of these days I intend to start procrastinating. I've also started to draw. I've always LIKED to draw, but much like my singing, I tried never to do it in public. Then one day a chance comment on a chat forum led to a change in my drawing attitude and a tremendous difference in the stuff I drew. (Thanks, Lloydeh!) Anyway, buy a print from me and help me pay for a new hard drive because thanks to all these photo

Cookie to the first person who knows where I got the subject line. I'm trying to teach myself the finer points of Photoshop CS3. Recently I discovered the joys of brushes, thanks in no small part to the AWESOME brushes on here. Now it's hard to get anything done because I'd rather be messing with all my new brushes! Today I took the one photo I think I may have always been meant to take. I called it "My Nirvana" when I uploaded it here. It looked OK on the camera LCD screen, but when I pulled it up on my 22" monitor I nearly cried. There are better photographs out there, but this one is just so perfectly ME and is something I've been trying
