Arguably the most popular Doctor, I now know he was wearing boots all along. He's holding a jelly baby as it makes a nice change from the old screwdriver.
This is my third Doctor here on DA, I was only going to do Tennant at first, but now I'm considering doing the lot, or a least the interesting ones.
