Ho, ho, no. | Sangre [Special 1]It was right before midnight as the moon was completely hidden from the world, engulfing the earth in the cold darkness. Snowflakes danced in the air before landing on the roof of a two-story cabin in the forest. The sign on the door was painted in bright red: ‘Sangre Inn’
Red giggled as he turned on the camera, hands shaking in excitement. Behind him, Burū groaned.
“Are you serious?” he said to his foster brother, twirling his blonde locks.
Red turned around to face him, scarlet eyes sparkling. “Hell, yes.”
“You’re, what, twenty-five?”
“Twenty-two, you old man.”
Burū’s face flushed in anger as he reached to pinch Red’s cheek. “I’m only twenty-six, punk-”
“Ow--SHH!!! Look, look!!”
The boys fell silent as they peeked out of the cabinet. They let out a small gasp as a tall figure made its way to the tree. As expected, he had a fluffy hat and had a big sack of gift

Chapter 2.1: The Moon CapitalYou decided to help the wolf.
After everyone had shared what they had to offer, Capella takes the lead again, standing by the front of the group and facing the wolf from a safe distance; Alecsander stood right behind her, making sure Amalthea wasn’t left with an open guard.
The wolf then stared in silence at all the food and resources given away in the collective act of kindness that piled up on the floor.

So...? Weren't you hungry? Gobble it up and tell us what you know.
Suddenly, the wolf bursts into a howling, booming laughter, startling everyone.

Joyous! Truly joyous! I hope you'll forgive me for lying to you...

Preparing for the wolf's impending move, Capella readies her axe; when, to everyone's surprise, it instead began ascending into the air. Before their very eyes, the wolf's form starts to glow and change shape, shrinking from a wolf the size of a human t

Chapter 2: The Concealed City (CLOSED)After spending some days and nights on the road, the expedition group finally makes it to the desired destination; they are, however, welcomed with a blocked entrance. It seems it was supposed to have a passage through the gate, but the floor made of stone ended right before the bamboo grove.

Looking again into the maps to check on the charted route, there's no mistaking we didn't deviate from the right track. But now, having no means of going through, what were we supposed to do?
While Amalthea waited a little behind with the rest of the group, Capella, axe in hand, tried - to no avail - cutting down the bamboo preventing the passage, as Alecsander inspectioned the plants closely.

Huff... No matter how much I go at it, there's not even a scratch... Have you found something out, Ale?
Yes, actually. I can sense a strong flux of magic coming from the stems of these bamboo... It's way more powerful than the barrier spells I can cast, mine doesn't even compar

Chapter 1.2: Preparing for Adventure (CLOSED)After making sure everyone had an opinion on the best initial route for the expedition, Alecsander takes one last look at his notes, and smiles at Capella.
It seems the villagers are really curious about what the Moon Capital reserves us, seeing how, with the exception of two votes, everyone agrees this is where we should go first.
I see, then it's settled. We will begin preparations to leave immediately for the Moon Capital! Are you coming with us, Ale?
Certainly! I can only imagine how many more Keepers are out there to be registered, and we have the high chance of meeting a Fαe in our next destination.
Sylvan will stay at the village to take care of the Archives, and, according to what she said herself, Izrail will be staying to take care of the warehouse, so there's nothing to worry about. The regular management of things will keep intact thanks to them.

Chapter 1: Choosing PathsIt’s a calm afternoon, much like the afternoon before, and the one before it. It has been little more than a month since this peace came back to the village and its surroundings, which makes us wonder if the war is really over. And it is such questioning that makes Capella believe it’s a good time to launch a reconnaissance expedition.
The expedition targeted by Capella aims to check the real situation of the world outside the village and to get some supplies, since the local resources have proven to be quite worn out by now. This is what’s being discussed at the meeting room today.
