Pixel Icon 3

This is my third attempt at a pixel icon and this time I think it turned out nicer compared to the previous ones!
I actually did a blinking animation for the eyes, using Photoshop. It wasn't too difficult and here's a bonus walkthrough of how I made the layers to use for animation. My explanations are a bit messy and not too good, but I hope this can be helpful in some way.
