A Nice Cup of Tea

Hibiki's Magic cosplay from Sakura-con, which was... a few months ago...

About the cosplay:
-Ahito's outfit was mostly cobbled together from borrowed items and clothes found at thrift stores. The red lining was glued on with fabric glue. A belt and gun was later acquired to finish off the look.
-Hibiki's outfit involved making a ponytailed wig, which you can't tell from here but you can tell from here. The clasp and the barrette (more easily viewed here) were made of clay and then baked. The barrette actually has a safety pin attached to it, which allows it to hang from the wig. Learned how to make the weft from here and how to put in the ponytail from here.
-The cloak was made from this pattern. HURRAY FOR BASIC SEWING SKILLS?

As expected, nobody recognized us, but that's okay. I kind of figured as much XD;

I also kept forgetting to make the cloak flare out a little when posing for pictures... sigh. I even went through the trouble of finding a black tank top and shorts that would work...
