Hi everyone, So its been 3 weeks since I had surgery to remove the titanium plates from my right forearm. I'm healing well, and have most used back in my hand. All is good, except pain when I squeeze my hand shut, but that's avoidable, so I'm really happy at the moment. I expected recovery to take alot longer since when I initially broke it ( 10 years ago), i took around about 3 years to get back into drawing. So I'm pleasantly surprised. I recently finished an Aaron Paul portrait, which I think turned out better than I could have dreamed. Hey everyone, I thought it might be time I wrote something. lol..I've recently had surgery to remove the 2 titanium plates from my right forearm (sucks cause I'm right handed) about 2 and a half weeks ago. While I feared the worst and thought Id never be able to draw again but I've been recovering nicely. And while I haven't got much strength in my actual arm at the moment, I have regained full use of my hand, and I've started drawing again :)But Ive been told no weight baring exercise (there goes my love of bootcamp for now) So I look forward to posting my work very soon.
