Well if you are looking for a college I know that Butler University has a good program, there is also Pointe Park which I believe is in Pennsylvania. But those are the only two that I know of that I have heard good things about :)

Oh why thank you. Well dance is just so under appreciated now. It is all football and big "sports" like that, that are making the headlines. People just don't understand dance like they used to. And it is really a shame because it is lovely and an absolutely wonderful art form.
