My Hot Fuzz dynamic furry photoshop brushes are now free, so I thought it would be fun to run a competition to create the best bearded lady. This could be a photo of yourself, a friend, or a stock photo – just make sure you have permission to use the image. The winner will receive a free graphics set of your choice from my shop.
To enter, go to the Mels Brushes Facebook page and post a link to your masterpiece on the wall (or in the comments under the contest announcement post) . The contest closes in one week on Tuesday June 1st 2011 and the winner will be announced the next day.

I've launched a new website! Patterntrail.com
This week I just launched my new project for the year, Patterntrail http://www.patterntrail.com/I've been really busy designing lots of new repeat patterns - vector swatches, illustrator patterns, photoshop patterns and also printable scrapbook craft papers.
